So it looks like the freelancing life is behind me. As of March 31 I am full employed developing websites. Had anyone asked me last summer if I would be working full-time again in the spring I would have said no. But one thing leads to another and I had an opportunity that seemed wise to take. It's been an adjustment, but so far, so good.
Indeed it has. Although it might be the two children and one on the way that steal away all my free time. However, I have done some nice sketches of dragons at various meetings.
I do, but this third child might change that. We'll see. Our second child, Tegwyn, used to wake up with a scream. One minute I'm sleeping peacefully and the next wide awake. Fortunately she has toned it down a bit and rarely wakes up at night. Did I mention we all sleep in the same room? We live in a very, very small apartment.
Right now I don't work at home, but when I did it was very distracting at times. In the warmer months I could step outside if I needed to think, but in the winter it was rough. Other than that it isn't so bad. The kids know nothing different and so have no complaints... for now.
